Returns

• For most purchases, you have 30 days to submit a return

• Package up your Wickes product with the original paperwork

• Take it into the store to a customer service agent and let them know the reason for your return

• You will receive a refund to your original mode of payment

• There are some exclusions for returns and special conditions for certain items like custom products and the customer services team is there to advise.

Wickes next day delivery

Wickes offers to click and collect within the hour or free next day delivery for orders over £75 (£5 for orders under £75.) Some bulky items attract a surcharge. Orders must be submitted by 3pm for next day delivery.

Price match policy

Wickes offers a price match policy against comparable stores that are advertising their prices within a ten-mile radius. The Price Match Promise applies to kitchens and bathrooms. The request can be made before or after purchase and it should be made in-store. The final decision is down to the store manager.
