Summer in the UK may be pretty much over, but over in Ibiza there's still nearly two whole months of partying left to do. Closing parties in Ibiza happen throughout October so you'll find plenty to do across the island as the Summer draws to an end. Temperatures are set to reach at least 23°C throughout October, so there's still time to top-up that tan.
Following the two year hiatus during the pandemic, this Summer has been the most energetic season Ibiza has seen in a long, long time. Ibiza has welcomed artist residencies from internationally acclaimed DJs such as FISHER, the Martinez Brothers, Jamie Jones and David Guetta. There's still a bunch of closing party tickets left for Elrow at Amnesia, Glitterbox at Hï and Circoloco at DC-10 and many more.
Of course, Ibiza offers so much more than its nocturnal nightlife. If you made the trip to the island during the pandemic you’ll already know this. Covid-19 subconsciously encouraged travellers to discover different parts of the island, hidden gems that we may not have noticed pre-pandemic.
Even past the peak of the Summer months, Ibiza continues to offer a heap of things to do all year round. Sofija Mehta, Owner of Island Hospitality says: “this year has been an amazing year for Island Hospitality, we have opened Club Chinois, which will hosting its end of summer party on the 16th of October and will remain open on Fridays and Saturdays through to end of the year. The local population of permanent residents is significant and continues to grow each year and for us it’s great to remain open to serve the community through the less busy periods.”
Ibiza is brimming full of eclectic balearic culture; from its quirky restaurants, lavish beach clubs, ultra-modern hotels, jaw-dropping scenery, sporty activities, midnight markets and its total embodiment of health and wellness.
Whether you’re holidaying by yourself, taking a remote-working getaway, travelling with your closest friends or family or have a huge group occasion like a hen do, there’s quite literally something for everyone in Ibiza. Whatever your pace, whatever floats your boat.

Experimental Beach Ibiza
Placed exclusively at the end of a bumpy dirt track you’ll find one of the best all-round beach clubs on the island, Experimental Beach. You can enjoy the whole day sunbathing and follow through to the evening with dinner and cocktails while you look out across the undisturbed beach as the sun sets. The venue is extremely popular thanks to its refined Mediterranean food menu, carefully selected drinks menu, live DJs and vibey bohemian aesthetic.

Mario PintaPacha Club
Pacha and its signature cherries is one of the oldest and most dominant clubbing brands in the entire world. In 1974, Pacha Ibiza opened its doors in Ibiza Town and with over four decades worth of partying, it’s still one of the most impressive clubs in the world. This past winter, the club underwent a huge refurb in preparation for the best Summer for decades following the pandemic. Some of its most popular parties this year include Music On, Flower Power and Solomun + 1 - the closing party is October 16th!

La Mirada
Located upon the roof of the newly renovated Petunia Ibiza, you’ll find the stunning La Mirada Rooftop restaurant and bar. Just a stone’s throw away from the glistening shore of Cala Carbó and overlooking the magnificent Es Vedrà, La Mirada Rooftop has unworldly views that cannot be matched. The menu serves authentic tapas with a modern twist, so you can soak up Ibiza’s famous sunset, food, drink and culture all at once.

OKU Restaurant
Just a short distance away from the hustle and bustle of San Antonio you’ll find arguably one of the best new hotels on the island, OKU Ibiza. You cannot miss this place, it’s absolutely jaw-dropping inside and out. Now open for its second season on the island, with a brand-new menu is the OKU restaurant. People from across the island travel to visit this place, guests can expect innovative Japanese-inspired fusion cuisine curated by Executive Chef, Mark Vaessen. The restaurant itself has an earthy and warm colour palette, with natural materials like oak, washed linens, black granite that make the place look sophisticated as the menu tastes. Sunday is the best day to visit as the hotel hosts weekly Sunday Sessions alongside the pool with sets from some of the Island’s favourite DJs.

Aiyanna Ibiza
Located in Calo Nova Bay, Aiyanna is a beautifully discreet beachside restaurant with an modern rustic vibe, featuring vibrant splashes of colour that beautifully highlights the coastline of Northern Ibiza. Aiyanna may be one of very few beach restaurants in Northern Ibiza, but it welcomes guests from across the island. Its menu is packed full of healthy Mediterranean options, fresh seafood, zesty salads and seasonal greens picked from the restaurant’s very own gardens. From sunrise to sunset guests can sit back and soak up the panoramic views of the Med, knowing that the team at Aiyanna have everything from cuisine to cocktails covered.

Hï Ibiza
Hï Ibiza, formally the world-renowned Space Ibiza is arguably one of the best nightclubs on the island, if not the planet. This Summer, it’s welcomed residencies from old-favourite Tale of Us with Afterlife on Thursdays, South African pioneer Black Coffee on Saturdays and club phenomenon Glitterbox on Sundays. The Martinez Brothers will took up their first headline residency at Hï Ibiza this summer on Tuesdays along with Grammy-nominated Australian superstar FISHER on Wednesdays. Placed in the superclub centre of Ibiza, Playa Den Bossa, this is a club you cannot and should not miss.

Destino
One of the most highly-rated daytime open air clubs in Ibiza is Destino by Pacha. Destino Pacha is a vast resort overlooking Ibiza town. Guests can enjoy the hotel’s facilities from the dreamy suites to the relaxing pool area, while international DJs play at your doorstep. This Summer, the open air club is hosting six exclusive Music On parties with Marco Carola playing each one alongside other international DJS like Luciano, Black Coffee, Loco Dice, Ilario Alicante, Blond:ish and Ben Sterling. The closing party is October 14th 2022 so you have just enough time to grab your tickets.

antonio montesClub Chinois Ibiza
Housed in the former HEART Ibiza nightclub in Ibiza Gran Hotel, Club Chinois is one of the island's most anticipated launches this Summer. It’s a decadent new nightspot inspired by jazz clubs of 1930’s Shanghai, delivering old-school hospitality with vibey contemporary entertainment to The White Isle. It’s quickly welcoming international talent including acclaimed resident DJs, headline performers and mesmerising immersive acts.

Daniel BaldaBeachhouse
Located in the idyllic palm-tree lined Playa d’en Bossa beach is the new age beach club, Beachouse. It’s a multi-sensory experience with contemporary cuisine, luxury beach beds and a cool boho atmosphere. Beachouse promises an ultimate day out for all guests, whether that’s a revitalising breakfast and a yoga class, or a day of tanning paired with a sun-kissed lunch, or a vibey dinner under the stars followed by one of the clubs nightly musical performances. Beachouse is renowned for its events and international headliners like Guy Gerber with and island-favourite, Rumours.

Lío Ibiza
Lío Ibiza, another of Pacha's venues on the island. It's an ultra modern and lively cabaret show, performed by singers, dancers, acrobats and even the waiting staff. The atmosphere is top-notch with ultimately everyone getting up from their delicious dinner to dance. The venue is open from 8:30pm to 5am every day, so even after the show has ended you can party there until the early hours.

Ushuaïa Ibiza
Along the beach of Playa Den Bossa, you’ll find one of the most distinguished open-air clubs in the world, Ushuaïa Ibiza. Making the bulk of its success in the late noughties, launching the careers of some of today’s well known DJs like Luciano and Sasha. This Summer, it has welcomed back many of its most popular all-day parties like ANTS on Saturdays and David Guetta’s F*** Me I'm Famous on Mondays. Ushuaïa Ibiza also welcomed back Calvin Harris after six long years since his last residency in 2016 and a new residency to the club, Camelphat on Tuesdays.

Xavier Duran HerreraO Beach
Without a doubt the most popular daytime party on the whole island. Every year and pretty much every day throughout Summer, the club is filled with Ibiza partygoers. The venue hosts a variety of lively parties like their famous Pool Party, Soul Heaven and the extremely popular Kisstory. No matter when you visit Ocean Beach, you’re guaranteed great vibes, you’ll be surrounded by young energetic holiday makers that make it an unforgettable experience. Everyone simply must visit Ocean Beach at least once in their life.

If you’re looking for an enchanting, romantic and sexy restaurant, Finca La Plaza is a must-visit restaurant in Ibiza. Located in an area of the islands that’s famous for its gastronomic magnitude, Santa Gertrudis. Finca La Plaza is part of the Ibiza Hospitality Group that includes many other impressive venues such as Club Chinois, Beachouse and Mikasa. The restaurant is housed in an old Ibizan farmhouse, or finca as they call it on the island. It’s modern and minimalistic while completely oozing that Ibizan aesthetic that we all know and love. The food is absolutely sublime, while its menu is typical of the island’s Mediterranean cuisine, there’s also subtle nods to Asian ingredients and methods of cooking. Even take a look at the menu online and you’ll be dribbling.

Angel CamarenaCafe Mambo
Another island favourite is Cafe Mambo, since opening in 1994 the restaurant and mini-club has welcomed hundreds of internationally acclaimed DJs including Diplo, Patrick Topping, FISHER, MK, the list goes on and on. While guests enjoy their cocktails and eat from the fantastically varied menu at Cafe Mambo they can also witness arguably the best sunset on the island while listening to world famous DJ sets - what more could you ask for.

Villa Mercedes
Villa Mercedes is an authentic Mediterranean restaurant emerged in a garden villa that dates back over a hundred years. While you dine on the main terrace you can take in the beautiful sea views over San Antonio Bay and the glistening port of San Antonio. Every night, the restaurant hosts live DJs to accompany the beautiful sunset and fantastic combination menus on offer. Guests can enjoy classic Spanish tapas, a selection of freshly grilled meat and fish, local speciality Arroz Merloso and rice dishes, not forgetting the extensive gin and cocktail menus.

Pikes Ibiza
Home to the Club Tropicana music video by Wham is Pikes. George Michael was a regular guest of the hotel back in the seventies and eighties along with other musical superstars like Freddie Mercury, Bon Jovi and Grace Jones. There’s no other place quite like it in Ibiza, it completely encapsulates the spirit of Ibiza. It’s steeped in Ibizan rock’n’roll history, with its sevenities-influenced decor, vibe and the food of the era. There’s a set of house rules at Pike’s, my favourites is: ‘no c*nts’. It’s got a bright pink tennis court and so many hidden nooks and crannies that host the island’s most intimate of dance floors welcoming world class residents and special guests such as Fat Boy Slim. Its legendary club, Freddies is reopening for the first time in two years this Summer, bringing all the magic and madness that Ibiza’s most iconic institution has become known for.

Atzaró Agroturismo
Atzaró Agroturismo Hotel and Spa is one of the most prestigious rural hotels in Ibiza. It has 13 hectares of land and it’s tucked away within a vast estate of fragrant orange groves and gardens. This hotel has a holistic approach that is unique to Ibiza. It is famous for its 43 metre fresh-water pool, botanical gardens and luxurious day beds. In the past this hotel has welcomed guests like Rihanna, Kate Hudson and many others. When you visit this place you can really see why, it’s so secluded and private, it almost makes you feel like a celebrity.

Hostal La Torre
The La Torre restaurant is probably the only place I’ve ever given the sunset a round of applause. It’s not just me either, every guest at the restaurant and the staff do it too. It’s the most magical sunset I’ve ever seen and arguably the best sunset in the whole of Spain. If you’re heading out to the island in 2022, make the time to visit Hostal La Torre - you are guaranteed to make return trips every time you're in Ibiza. The atmosphere is dreamy, there’s a slow balearic rhythm pulsing in the background, lots of chatter and the most stunning views on the whole island.

Blue Marlin Ibiza
Blue Marlin Ibiza is a day-to-night seafront experience. Guests can enjoy beach-front lounging, dining and drinking under the Ibizan sky, savouring delicious food and fruity cocktails during the day.
