1. You can request a refund on an Experience Day voucher within 30 days of purchase. However, refunds are only available if you haven’t already extended the voucher or booked an experience with it.

2. Contact the customer service team via phone, email, WhatsApp or live website chat to discuss your options. These options might include gifting the voucher to someone else.

3. Depending on the type of voucher you hold, customer services may ask you to send it to them for processing.
