Yes, you can. You’ll receive a £5 off sign-up offer when subscribing to the newsletter. Can I get gift cards at Tredz?

Do I get any discounts through the Tredz app?

Tredz doesn’t have an app available at this time, but you can save money on any purchase using our Tredz discount codes.

What is the Tredz returns policy?

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, you have 365 days to return the items. Once returned, Tredz will either refund, exchange or repair, depending on the issue.

1. You must return items in their original condition and packaging.

2. Complete the returns form in your order package or download a returns form from the website.

3. Return your items via the Royal Mail or Asda toyou Returns for £3, or call Tredz to organise a courier collection service for larger items.

Can I get next day delivery at Tredz?

 Absolutely! If you place your order by 3 pm, you’ll receive your items the following working day for a small fee of £5 (£7.50 for larger items). Remember that weekends and Bank Holidays are not considered working days, and unfortunately, bikes cannot be sent with the next-day delivery service. Due to the location, some remote postcodes are not eligible for next-day delivery.

Is there a Tredz price match policy?

Tredz is committed to providing the best products at the best prices, so if you find the same product for cheaper in another store, Tredz will try to match the price. To be eligible, ensure the product is new, and the store is based in the UK. It must be an exact product match with the same payment terms with delivery charges included. Click on the Tredz ‘Price match’ tab at the bottom of the homepage to speak with an agent and determine your eligibility for a price match.
