Selena Gomez is moving into autumn territory at her own pace with her latest mani colour. Now that it's September, (even though it's technically not autumn for another three weeks), there's definitely a shift in seasonal vibes. We've already started seeing manicures tapping up a deeper colour palette that fast-forwards through changing leaves and straight into vamp territory, but Selena is making some cosy-coloured stops along the way.
The singer and actress spent the weekend at Colorado's Telluride Film Festival, where she was promoting the film Emilia Perez and also, adorably, attending a volleyball match at the local high school. Could you even imagine trying to serve knowing Selena Gomez is sitting on the bleachers? Of course, Selena herself was serving in a different way, looking absolutely gorgeous in a casual yet chic outfit made up of jeans, a black tee, and a pinstriped blazer that was slightly obscured by her long, loose waves.

But take a close look at the pockets of her jeans and you'll see her thumbs jauntily posed, exposing the prettiest nail polish colour that says, “I'm ready for autumn, but let's not go overboard.”

Nail artist Tom Bachik calls it “toffee nails,” and understandably so. The shade is a lovely light brown with hint of blushing beige undertones. Specifically, he used the Aprés Nail Light & Shadow Sheer Gel Couleur shade Be Still.
It's no surprise that Selena picked a colour that suggests she's ready for autumn. In the last month, she's been spotted with both a spicy orange manicure, and a deep red look, too. But this latest look is truly ideal for anyone who's just tiptoeing into autumn instead of diving head-first into Halloween season.
