What is the Photobox returns policy?

1. While Photobox doesn’t offer a returns policy, if you’re not happy with the item(s) you’ve purchased, you can still access help. 

2. If you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of your order, Photobox will credit you with 110% of the cash value of the product you ordered - including the shipping costs.

3. Contact the customer service team within 21 days of receiving your item(s) and, if possible, include images of the defect or quality problem. 

Can I get next day delivery at Photobox?

 While there is no specific next day delivery option with Photobox, the company takes care to produce all items as quickly and accurately as possible, meaning many items will be dispatched within 24 hours of an order being placed. Choose either ‘Fast tracked’ or ‘Express’ for speedy delivery. Depending on the size of your order will determine the delivery time. Smaller items can be with you within 2 days, while larger creations can take up to 5 days - with the Fast tracked or Express delivery options. You receive some delivery estimates at the checkout to ensure you can find the best option to suit your needs.
