What is the Liberty returns policy?

Buying online is easier when you know you can change your mind. Liberty removes the stress with a generous 30-day returns order. 

1. Option 1: Return your online or in-store order to Customer Services on floor 3.

2. Option 2: Your purchase will have included a dispatch note with full instructions for Complimentary DPD Return. 

3. Some products cannot be returned, so please check your original order. 

Can I get next day delivery at Liberty?

If you need that sparkling new outfit or glamorous homeware urgently, make the most of Liberty’s Express Shipping options. Available for selected UK postcodes, you’ll receive your order within 48 hours if you order before 2pm, for £7.50. 

Remember, these deliveries are only available from Monday to Friday. For Saturday delivery, order before 2pm on a Friday and pay  £10 for delivery. 

Is there a Liberty price match policy?

Liberty doesn’t currently offer a price match guarantee, but its regular promotions and generous loyalty scheme make it easy to find the best price every time - and you can always use a Liberty voucher code to secure a great price.
