There is no Face the Future Next Day Delivery. Premium delivery is available for £5.99, which takes 1-3 days. Otherwise, standard delivery takes 3-5 days and costs £2.99. Delivery is free with spends over £30.

Returns

1. It's simple to arrange a return. First, click the return link on the website to download a form.

2. Complete the form and enclose it with your parcel. Contact the shop to confirm your return.

3. Click on the InPost link to start your return. Then take your parcel to an InPost locker.

4. Scan the QR code on your phone to use the locker system. Place your parcel inside the locker and shut the door. £3 will be deducted from your refund to cover return postage.
