2. Please make sure to include the original receipt and a description of why you are returning it.

3. To create a Pre-Paid Return Postage Label, visit the Royal Mail website and select Elizabeth Arden from the retailers list.

4. Make sure to affix your label and take your parcel to any Royal Mail outlet. Keep a record of your postage as proof.
