What is the BrandAlley returns policy?

1. You can return any fashion item that doesn't meet your expectations to BrandAlley and receive a full refund. You should return the order within 28 working days.

2. When returning the items, they must be in good condition, clean and unused. The items must be in the original packaging, and the seals should not be tempered to receive a refund.

3. You should fill out the returns form online and print a return label to attach to the order. The items should also be returned to the address in the dispatch note.

4. When you return the items through Royal Mail, you will incur the return charges unless you receive incorrect or damaged products.

Is there a price match policy?

You will not find a BrandAlley price match policy for now. Simply take advantage of the deals available, and if you find a similar product at a lower price, you can return the item.

Is there a BrandAlley NHS discount?
