The GLAMOUR Beauty & Wellness Power List Awards 2024 celebrates the best-in-class products in your routine – from haircare heroes, wellness superstars and must-have makeup, to the perfumes you can’t stop spraying and the skincare that delivers standout innovation. It's only fitting, then, that we enlisted the help of some of the industry's most influential experts to narrow down the sheer volume of products and tools with laser-like precision.
Covering over 110 categories, the Power List Awards provide a definitive list of the beauty and wellness products that deserve our attention. The GLAMOUR beauty team joined forces with a panel of industry professionals to nominate each and every product on the shortlist (before you get the ultimate say).

This year, the panel features a line-up of in-the-know hairstylists, dermatologists, health experts, makeup artists, manicurists and more, including Zola Ganzorigt – the nail artist behind Hailey Bieber's glazed doughnut mani – and Michelle Humphrey, whose clients include Dua Lipa and Adele.
World-leading hairstylists Sam McKnight, Dionne Smith and Dimitris Giannetos offered their expert hair care knowledge. Pro makeup artists Lisa Eldridge, Harold James, Ash K Holm and Celia Burton recommended the products they couldn't live without in their kits – and skin specialists Dr Ifeoma Ejikeme, Dr Anjali Mahto and Michaella Bolder helped to decipher the best skincare products out there.
Our favourite fragrance whisperers Alice Du Parcq and Maiya Nicole gave us the inside scoop on the new and classic perfumes to have on your radar, while top GP Dr Tosin Sotubo-Ajayi and wellness insider Rhian Stephenso, filled us in on the fitness and health heroes we definitely need to know.

Zola Ganzorigt
Zola Ganzorigt is a Los Angeles-based celebrity nail artist. She’s known for creating many of Hailey Bieber's nail looks and the viral ‘glazed donut’ nails. Her careful eye and creative approach to nails has made her a favourite with talent such as Sydney Sweeney, Christina Aguilera, Sabrina Carpenter and Kendall Jenner. @nailsbyzola
Mateusz SitekLisa Eldridge
Lisa Eldridge is one of the world’s most celebrated makeup artists. Her YouTube channel has amassed 235 million views and she has donated 100% of her YouTube advertising revenue to charities that focus on female education and health. As well as serving as the Global Creative Director at Lancôme, she has her own eponymous makeup brand, which pushes the boundaries on colour, ingredients and techniques. @lisaeldridgemakeup
Harold James
Harold James is a Paris-based world-renowned makeup artist. His signature look often includes perfectly high-lit skin and statement lips with an elegant touch. He has worked on advertising campaigns for major brands such as Louis Vuitton, Cartier and Dior Beauty. His celebrity clientele includes Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Venus Williams, Cindy Crawford, Troye Sivan, and Bella Hadid amongst others. @harold_james
Sam McKnight
Declared a 'genius' by Gigi Hadid, Sam is famous for creating era-defining hair looks, which continue to make him one of the most sought-after stylists working today. In 2017, Sam launched his signature brand, Hair by Sam McKnight, an award-winning range of advanced haircare and styling products. Known for his work with Princess Diana, Kate Moss, Lady Gaga and the ‘90s supermodels, Sam is hairdressing royalty and received an MBE in 2023 for services to the fashion and beauty industry. @sammcknight1
Ash K Holm
Ash K Holm is a Los Angeles-based makeup artist. Her ability to create glamorous looks and glowing skin has made her a favourite with clients such as Ariana Grande, Megan Fox, Kim Kardashian, Camila Cabello, Hailee Steinfeld and more. She has also collaborated with brands such as KISS Lash, Chanel Beauty, Dior Beauty and Maybelline. @ash_kholm
Kai ByrdMaiya Nicole
Maiya Nicole is a Los Angeles-based Beauty Educator, and the founder of Black Girls Smell Good, a vibrant digital fragrance space that centres on Black women. Through her platform, she is campaigning to reclaim space in the world of fragrance. Committed to inclusivity, representation, and education, she is redefining the fragrance industry's standards and empowering Black women to express themselves authentically through scent. @blackgirlssmellgood
Michelle Humphrey
An award-winning session and celebrity manicurist, Michelle Humphrey is highly sought after within the fashion and music industry, becoming the go-to girl for clients (including Dua Lipa, Adele and Rita Ora). Michelle specialises in nail enhancements and is renowned for her bespoke nail art. @nailsbymh
Dr Anjali Mahto
Dr Anjali Mahto, is a highly respected medical and cosmetic consultant dermatologist, as well as the author of best-selling book The Skincare Bible. She specialises in treating those with diverse skin concerns based on holistic approaches. Having experienced her own skin issues from a young age, Dr Mahto opened Self London on Harley Street, the UK’s first clinic dedicated to treating acne and acne scarring. @anjalimahto
Dionne Smith
A fully qualified, award-winning hairstylist, Dionne Smith has spent 20 years perfecting her craft and nurturing relationships with celebrity clients including Leigh Anne Pinnock, Golda Rosheuvel, India Amarteifio and Danielle Deadwyler. She is passionate about building an industry that's as creative, professional and inclusive as the exceptional people it serves. She has experienced first-hand the lack of understanding and skill when it comes to coily and curly hairstyling and made it her mission to not only celebrate natural hair and what it means to the afro-community, but to also teach other industry professionals how to style natural hair with confidence. @dionnesmithhair
Dr Tosin Sotubo-Ajayi
Dr Tosin Sotubo-Ajayi is an NHS and private General Practitioner with over a decade of clinical experience across both health sectors and a special interest in women’s health. She is also a HealthTech advisor and has worked in the media as a TV Doctor (she is a resident doctor on the popular TV show Embarrassing Bodies). Dimitris Giannetos
LA-based hairstylist, Dimitris Giannetos, started his career creating catwalk looks for the Paris, Milan and New York fashion shows. Alice du Parcq
Alice du Parcq spent 20 years as an editorial Beauty Director and beauty journalist but now specialises exclusively in fragrance. Rhian Stephenson
Rhian Stephenson is a nutritionist, naturopath and industry leader in holistic health and fitness. She is also the founder of ARTAH, the award-winning nutrition and supplement brand. Rhian’s love of wellbeing started at a young age in Canada when she began her career as a competitive swimmer, progressing to an international level. Dr Ifeoma Ejikeme
A multi award-winning aesthetic doctor, Dr Ifeoma Ejikeme, is the founder and medical director of Adonia Medical Clinic. She holds two surgical patents and co-founded the UK’s first Black Aesthetics Advisory Board in 2020, with the mission of improving the experiences of Black and minority ethnic professionals and consumers through education. Celia Burton
London-born Celia Burton follows in the footsteps of her late aunt, the legendary punk and ‘80s makeup artist, Lynne Easton. After leaving school at 17 with a total focus on makeup, Celia’s talent and passion led her to shoot an iD cover at the age of 21. A pioneer of the less-is-more ’no make-up’ look, Celia is also the European ambassador for cult US brand Glossier. Michaella Bolder
With over a decade of experience in the beauty industry, Michaella Bolder is a renowned facialist and tanning expert. Her clientele includes celebrities like Dame Helen Mirren, Naomie Harris and Olivia Munn.
