How do I redeem my Arket discount code?

It’s easy to redeem your Arket code, just follow these simple steps:

1. Find and copy the best code for you right here, then head to the website to find your products.

2. Select your products, along with the colour, size and any other customisations, then click ‘Add to basket’.

3. Click on your shopping bag in the top-right corner to review your order. 

4. Check that everything is correct, and then find the ‘Do you have a discount code?’ field on the right.

What can I do if my code isn’t working?

If you’re struggling to redeem your code, here are some simple solutions you can try:

• First, copy and paste the code again. Any minor changes will invalidate your code, as will any additional spaces before or after the code.

• Then, make sure that the code you are using hasn’t expired. While some codes will continue working for a short while, this is not always the case.

• Ensure that the promo code is valid on the Arket products you have chosen, as some are category-specific.

Is there an Arket sale section?

You can access the Arket clearance through a Sale tab in the top menu, and can then sort through the categories to find the perfect deal for you. You’ll find regular discounts offering up to 40% on last season’s favourites and this season’s last-chance buys.

Is there an Arket Black Friday discount?

While Arket has occasionally opted out of Black Friday, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t find some fantastic deals at this time of year. We have also seen them celebrating Black Friday in previous years, so keep tuned to see if we can expect around round of 50%-off deals next November.

Is there an Arket first order discount?

You’ll receive an Arket new customer discount when you sign up for the newsletter or log into the app. Enjoy 10% off your first order, just remember to fill your bag.

Can I get an Arket student discount?

The student discount at Arket can help you save as much as 14% off your order, whether you’re shopping in the sale or for full-price products. This discount is accessible through Student Beans, Mecenat and UNiDAYS, and you’ll need a student email address to verify your account. 

Can I benefit from subscribing to the Arket newsletter?

The Arket sign-up offer gives you 10% off your first order, with no minimum spend or other requirements. You can sign up through a link in the footer menu and will be able to choose which clothing categories you are most interested in seeing. 

Can I get gift cards at Arket?

While Arket does not offer gift cards for purchase in their online store, the brand has previously offered them in their physical locations. If you live near an Arket and are looking for the perfect gift, check your local store to see what you can find. 

Do I get any discounts through the Arket app?

The Arket app offers a streamlined shopping experience, along with a 10% discount and complimentary coffee when you make your first in-app purchase. 

What is the Arket returns policy?

1. You’ll have 30 days to decide whether you want to keep your Arket products.

2. Log in to the returns portal with your order number and postcode, and select a reason for your return. 

3. Select your preferred method of return, include your delivery note and returns form, along with any original packaging. 

4. For any items which have been damaged, soiled or washed, you may received a reduced refund. 

5. Items purchased from an H&M store must be returned to H&M.

Can I get next day delivery at Arket?

While next-day delivery can’t be guaranteed, Arket does offer an Express Delivery option. For an additional charge of just £10, your package will be delivered within two working days. Alternatively, standard shipping costs just £5, or is free on all orders totaling more than  £125. Express delivery is not available in Northern Ireland. 

Is there an Arket price match policy?
